Award winning Crosta and Mollica present a delicious range of authentic Italian Bread Snacks. Bread snacks include the delectable Grissini range, the mouth-watering Linguette and the crunchy Crostini with Chilli.
Crosta and Mollica’s Grissini range are the most traditional type of Grissini found in Piemonte, northwestItaly. What makes these twisted breadsticks so delicious is that they are made with extra virgin olive oil and are both crispy and light. They come in three flavours; Classic, Crunchy and Black Olive. The Grissini can be enjoyed on their own or as part of an Italian style antipasti plate.
Crosta and Mollica’s Linguette range are just as delicious as their Grissini range. These are Italian Flatbreads made with olive oil. There are two varieties; Classic and Rosemary. The flatbreads are great accompanied with cheese and antipasti and are ideal to use when entertaining friends.
One of my most favourite Crosta and Mollica bread snacks are the Crostini with chilli. These Crostini are crispy and crunchy and are drizzled with olive oil infused with chilli. They can be eaten topped with a black olive paste, or topped with a tomato salsa. They can also be used to spice up soups. Or if you are like me, you can enjoy eating them on their own, savouring their chilli flavour.
