I have used the Kettleman BBQ a few times and I think it is brilliant. Once the charcoal is lit and ready to be used, you simple place the patented grill above it and close the lid. After 10 minutes the whole grill is heated and you can place your meats, fish or vegetables on the grill to start cooking. The sizzling sound and wonderful aromas from the food being placed onto this grill is definitely worth waiting for. To ensure the food does not stick to the grill you have to simply oil the food before it is placed on the grill.
Whilst using the BBQ I also noticed how easy it is to control the temperature. The Kettleman design allows you to control the air circulation via its supersize vents. There is also a lid-mounted thermometer that helps you monitor what’s going on inside and allows you to adjust the vents to set the ideal temperature.
This BBQ is also positioned 30% higher than the average kettle BBQ meaning you have to bend less when cooking the food. This makes the BBQ very comfortable to use. The hinged lid also makes it easy to cook the food as you simply lift, cook and close. Gone are the days of juggling loose lids whilst cooking.
